Clincial Hypnosis/therapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and Gestalt therapy are professionally conducted practices/methods which help hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. As seriously conducted professions therapy and counselling require training, skill, attention, commitment and certainly human and medical insight. The therapist and his/her craft is always a travelling companion on your walk of life - never the road or the goal.

You are always in charge over your life and the decisions you want to make. The therapist and the therapeutic method only assist in achieving your aims. Hypnotherapy, NLP and Gestalt therapy are methods where YOU, the client, sets the goals. By doing so you become more aware of the processes involved, your expectations, context, and feasibility of your aims.

People coming for therapy sessions are clients, not patients. Some are referred by the their general medical practitioner, medical consultant or book voluntarily to tackle issues in their lives. The most common of such bookings refer to wanting to quit smoking; tackle obesity issues or to de-stress. But there are many other reasons, ranging from phobias to dependencies to past life regression.

A sessions usually lasts 60, but up to 90 minutes. On your first visit we go over your medical history, personal details and initial treatment, all in greatest confidence of course. Then we establish together the goals you wish to achieve through the therapeutic treatment. I will also advise you of the number of sessions this might take.


At the end of a session you will also be given tips on positive self-hypnosis (similar to repeating a mantra) - this means you can support your goals yourself.

These practical steps are given, so you can direct the issues through your subconcious and make the future what it is going to be. A consultation is not just about consuming information, by nature it involves your own abilities to make things happen the way you imagine.


What do you make of it:


You are a client - not a patient. Hypnosis, NLP, or any other therapy does not heal or cure. They are methods through which you, the client, initiate your own improvement and healing.

Any information is only as good as it makes sense and applies to your circumstances and requirements. Often issues are mentioned during a session which at first glance seem to have no relevance or connection to your (the client's) current reality.

Getting to the root of routine and often un-noticable life patterns (Why do I always fail?) and changing those for positive and beneficial values may require several sessions.

Obesity, anxieties, phobias (fear of flying), even annoying habits can be a plight. Hypnotherapy/ NLP can help you change those patterns.

You are in control of your life, at all times, even if you do not see it that way. Changes are either initiated by you or connected events in the context of that life.
